Also no tankers ever activate their hardeners coz ...lol, look one guy with a swarm launcher all by himself. That said... I got a teamkill from proxies today in fw. Maybe try this tactic in pubs. Its when you have to deal with a never ending string of them, 6 at a time that it becomes a chore, you are unarmed against infantry. Tanks rarely kill me, its infantry that killed me while I was trying to AV. against 6 flippin tanks! Now, I just save time, headaches, and ISP by pulling out my Hammer of the Gods Railgun Tank and blow those mother f*ckers to the sky. However, I carry Remotes and fluxes on most of my fits, so if a random tanks does popped on, I'll slap 3 remotes on it and hit it with a flux or two... then BAM! Surprise butt sex! Fish in a bucket! Yeah, yeah, yeah... "go back to Call of Duty" I get it already, its your response to everything... I think vehicles are the key to DUST 514, and the game should be centered around them. However, some scrub who can't cut it with a rifle can now just jump into a tank and become 1000% more effective instantly. Like you. You want to use tanks, be my guest. I use them too. Always have, but I still know the difference between fair & balanced and just plain OP. Mowing down helpless infantry with the most most powerful guns in the game is over-the-top, and it takes zero skill to achieve. They can't hurt me back, while I can kill them. That's not fair. At least when I use my proto dropsuit setups, they can at least shoot me back and possibly kill me, but in a tank; it's 100% one-sided. Easy-button. LAVs with small turrets, like blasters and minirails are fun, different, and effective... but you never see anyone using them in this game, because they just want to be a one-man unstoppable wrecking crew that's pretty much impossible to kill. Easy-button*. Tell me, when you're killing droves of people with your tank, all by yourself with the pinnacle ease, do you feel like a skilled, worthwhile, player? Does it make you feel good about yourself? Then, to argue that AV is balanced in this game after 1.7 is an absolute joke and flat out lie. If I ever see you the battlefield(which I never have...) my Gunlogi is going to eat you alive, over-and-over-and-over... and you're going to complain that its to OP, because you have it set in your mind that your opinion on how this game should be played; how it should center around you- is being compromised. I'm a world ranked player public and MLG(former) in Cod, as well as a slew of other games.
