Then I found a fully Q-synced team in FW against the Amarrberries.
And they STILL found it necessary to run 800 armour Gallogis with rail rifles and combat rifles... 
EDIT: They're not even hacking the last point, they're just sitting there in triage hives watching the spawn points.

Of course the longer it takes, the more free ISK, which should equate to a higher level of meta on the field. More meta plus Scotty equals stomp.
These were not PC groups.
If they came into PC they would get crushed.
I simply find it sad how you need to use the most overpowered equipment in the game as a crutch as well as Q-syncing just against militiaberries.

Perhaps maybe, just frogking maybe, they're syncing as such to practice for pc. When you're trying to herd your feral cats into being effective teams, you gotta start square one. Not blow millions upon millions to face guys in pc that literally only play pc. So perhaps you've run into a corp trying to grow from scratch and not relay on an influx of angry pcers out from their last corp. Just a thought.

These people were not. If you truly wanted to improve, you would not run proto gear and spawn camp random militiaberries. That teaches you nothing. It is not 'team practice' to go up against random people in militia with the most powerful gear in the game with a full group.
If you really wanted to get better for PC, you wouldn't be trying so hard to pad your KDR against randoms, would you?
