The Caldari and Minmatar have tremendously changed the way we fight in New Eden forever. With the inception of the Caldari Rail rifles and Minmatar combat rifles which can out range the Gallente plasma rifles, the wars throughout New Eden have forever changed the battlefield landscape. It is safe to say the good ole days of running open warfare operations are done. The games of cat and mouse have begun. Gallente weaponry was once a popular choice due to it's versatility, short to medium range weapons will not be the deciding factors of the wars to come, Dropsuit suit protection will be the deciding factor on the battlefield.
Let our Caldari steel and Amarr scrambler rifles eat the enemy offensive push at range. If you so love the Gallente plasma rifle then trade up your Gallente pride for a Minmatar combat rifle which has the same characteristics as the once almighty Plasma rifle but more effective. The Gallente race will survive this. My Gallente Plasma rifle needs more range, even the Minmatar combat rifle need some more distance juice because we all know a well dug in mercenary with a rail rifle or scrambler rifle is very deadly.
HAV operations are at a all time high, the prices of HAV's are low. When a HAV was destroyed in the past, their operators felt the pain of their loss. A 77,000 isk six kin combat rifle or Ishukone rail rifle is equally worth the price of a HAV, it doesn't make sense. Dust 514 should have a stock market so I could buy stocks into the next piece of high end technology so I could turn a profit for the flavor of the month. If HAV prices are low so should my weapons. The argument of the Loyality points and faction warfare, to be discussed at a later time. I need to check to see if I can get Minmatar prototype combat rifle weapons on the low in factional warfare. 77,000 isk is outrageous.
I also do hope CCP creates some cool dropsuit and weapon skin bpo's so I can look bad ass in battle and please for the love of god bring back some bpo merc packs with some limited edition LAV's, dropsuits and weapons etc. Lifetime investments for the players who play Dust. |
