I'm curious to see how many other people consider themselves primarily "soloists". Also, what peoples favorite suits and fittings are for that style of play.
Personally, at the moment my favorite solo fit is a very un-Bro Gal logi with junky equipment and a bargain basement price tag. Another favorite is a Gal assault with a mix of damping and regen modules, although white is a very bad colour for trying to be sneaky in...

Anyways, yeah, solo. I spent the first few months of this game doing just that. I STILL ******* hate talking on comms. Not only do I feel weird talking through a headset, my GF always gives me a WTF is wrong with you look.
Wish they had a teamless game mode, where all the soloists could get together.
That is actually part of the reason i made this thread. "Get gud, squad up"..... Usually from the mouths of the same people that just finished saying "Sandbox game: I do what i want".
Solo players have a role to play. It may just be a coincidence that two full sized q-synced squads leaves four open slots on a team, but maybe it isn't.... Loners are the water warriors, we take whatever form we need to in whatever situation we find ourselves in. And quite frankly, sometimes that wins games.
When the reds push hard and all uplinks have been found and squashed except mine, which is sitting in an obscure spot halfway between two objectives well away from the main fighting, suddenly the flow of the match changes. Two objectives going blue, then a third shortly after... Their momentum is lost, and ours builds.
Squads don't win matches, Teams win matches. Just because i'm not on a squad, it doesn't mean i'm not a team player.
That said, if and when PvE rolls out, i'll probably disappear into it and never be seen again.....
