there not powerful and they cheap for new players to try out tanking if your standing in front of one with a blaster or see one and dont call it out to the team or get real AV then its not the tanks fault ! its yours !

Nope. To be fair, I roll with a Gunnlogi, not a MLT tank. Though I usually always encounter AV when I'm face-rolling them. The only AV I've ever died to was a group of FG users who caught me when I was half-sleeping. What does a better tank have to do with anything? They are the only answer to killing tankers who know anything... The best answer to another tank is a MLT tank.
When you nerf MLT tanks it won't make it better for Infantry but it will make it better for dedicated tankers. As they won't have to worry about anyone but dedicated tankers.
MLT tanks is not a problem in DUST they are a balance factor.

That blame lies with CCP's battle Academy. Fact that there is no walk through to even using a MLT swarm launcher or forge gun in Academy shows you alot.
this is sooo true you end up with players who run there 1st games in AR only suits thining its all they have to care about and BOOM MLT tank and they just stop sit down and cry ! all becus no one showed them how to fit a good AV dropsuit and the one you get for free is a sad sad SAD joke !

During my trial of the milita tank I encountered plenty of AV, none of it really scared me or made me react any differently than usual, point and click. Unless there was a proto forge gun, then I had to get fancy and stop (on a dime) and roll backwards slightly. If they waited to ambush I would just throw on my hardener and drive away, yeah good luck charging that forge gun 3 times before I'm gone. Jihad jeeps? Easy, shoot them. Remote dets? Lol my tank is so fast, try catching it before I get my blaster on you scout. Swarm launchers? Hahahaha stop it that tickles! O as for PC players its more like 10% and soon much much more and PC players are 95% most likey to stay with the game unlike the rest of the player base who run Pub battles and stop play affter only 90 days

Tanks easy to kill correct if you have multiple av but if someone like myself with no skills in vehicles can go 33/2 in a mlt tank something is wrong VERY WRONG. In my Mt tank I can just sit in a spot and take forge gun rounds then just back off and then I'm good again. That is wrong if you get hit you shouldn't be able to rep quickly shields need lower recharge rate armor needs same. Why? Because science and game play that's why. Tanks should have high damage but hard to operate with alot of HP not high hp high armor rep high damage easy to use.

How much is 60K? For me it's about 2 of my advanced dropsuits fitted up with a mix of ADV and Basic stuff. That is CHEAP. But the thing is, a MLT tank is nothing like a dropsuit. It's immune to small arms, and if fit for tank, immune to anything but a tank or forge gun. I think the biggest reason these are spammed so much is the incredibly low cost coupled with the incredible durability and power.
But think about it will you, what happens when one side spams 6 MLT tanks out. You act like it's SO easy to destroy one, but have you ever tried as infantry. A single forge gunner is not going to typically clear the field of these tanks. Even 2 will be struggling, but even then have you ever been hit by a MLT forge gun or anything less than PRO. It tickles. This is a MLT tank we are talking and you need PRO weapons to take it out?
And while you are focusing on the tanks with half your team because they are mowing you down, they are still running 10 dedicated infantry killers, and yr running around in AV. Do you not see how imbalanced this becomes?
And no, I don't want to hear, oh well wait for hardeners, because I KNOW this is easy to work around. Given the cost, losing one isn't a problem, nor is calling in a fresh one.
Yes, there are many ways AV can take out tanks, but do you expect every single person to spec into AV? Or that they can even use it against said tanks. Have you ever tried to AV down 6 blasters outside of your tank with AV?
And the worst part is, it takes NO SP to be proficient in a MLT. Yes, something does need to be done with MLT (IE raise the cost).
Yes i DO have AV toons ! yes i DO kill MLT tanks EZ when fighting mass tank spam you need to keep track on what tank your hunting most Vet AV players will uses the MAP and a Car to hunt down the tank and keep hounding the same tank to kill it ! its not hard rly 3 guys in AVD or Pro AV can wlak into a mach vsing over 6 MLT tanks and vi uses the map and cars they can out flank and trake and trap and kill one tank affter another ! you can use a dropship but a car is better as its fast cheep and being low to the ground you can uses the small hills and bumps in ever map to mask your car from tanks trying to shoot you! alot of 3 - 2 man AV teams will uses RE,s on the front of the car and have the player who did not drop the RE drive it they pull up behind the tank in a bottle neck leaveing the car just behind then tank and runing the the sides of the tank and open fire the the tank from cover most tanks will if the front is block or open ground will just back up raming the car doing lots of dam to its self or killing its self ....
not only that using the rite AV helps too its its a sica FORGUN ! with AV nades when its in armor soma uses RE or AV nades to remove its shields then uses the SL ... Or just uses Forguns the back of soma theres a part that gives over 200% if hit with a forgun !
but lets say the tank got a way some how get in the car if its not blown up or recall a new one check the map wach the tank get in car follow the tank NOT chase it Follow w8 for the noob the thing he is same most will try to recall there tank not in the redline if they go in the red line take up a point over looking the tanks call in zone and w8 for the new tank the new tank will take 10-15 sec ot drop more then anuff time to blow it up ! or when it go,s to the redline fined the next tank and redo the atk
this IS NOT the only way to kill a tank or MLT tank if its a MLT most will died as so as there jumped and yes i know i dint cover all the AV you can uses !
