No, they should not be able to bail.
My Swarm Launcher won the race and they were being to much of an idiot to use an afterburner. Why shouldn't they be punished for it?
Want to know how to make a strike-through?

Don't bring up real life. Unless of course, you are planning on giving me a weapon that can 1HK every vehicle in this game. No? Didn't think so.
I don't have the right to bail out of my HAV or LAV when it dies, so why should Dropship pilots?
What gives Dropship pilots the right to deny AV the points that they earned?

No, they shouldn't.
The AVer did his job. He blew up the vehicle. Why should he be denied the points and kill that he earned?
