I would say AE is willing to unlock whenever the community is, but thats gonna turn into a "Put your gun down!"

You know Arirana doesn't realize if FA unlocked their districts they still wouldn't have the opportunity to attack.

8 districts are online RA alliance has been crying for people to unlock despite being a massive blue donut and focusing hundreds if not thousands of people on single corps and wondering why they don't unlock claiming they never locked up when going against the big blue donut EoN. They never needed to because EoN soon left the game and with the competition gone they swooped in and picked up EoN's scraps.

Yes I may not agree with it but any corp who owns a district outside of PC is locked I was simply stating if AE didn't join the big blue donut and was a lone wolf we wouldn't lock our districts.
