Pretty bad lag in spots but I can sadly say I have seen much worse. I have seen whole games that were like slideshows (early days of PC vs NS anyone?) it is annoying as hell that we still get these lag issues though.
A few tips though these seem to help a little some times, Close any unneeded chat channels, reset the system before the match (I usually reset about 10-15 minutes before a match and it seems to help) those are the only 2 that really seem to help that I can remember at the moment.

Will a frozen steak suffice? What if I throw in some A-1?
Sadly the lag gods are very picky and very cruel, it must be an extremely cute goat with little tears in its eyes and you must maintain eye contact whilst doing the deed.
