My corporation can maybe help you out. We run Wormholes often (Although I don't know what job you'd serve), and do other things. Newbie-friendly, small corp, so you don't have to worry about being ignored, and run by some pretty cool guys.
In case you aren't familiar with how a Wormhole works, basically someone (Usually me, in this case) scans stuff in space. If he comes across a WH, he does the required research (With various websites and pages to open), and tells his team if it's worth it or not to run it.
Now, let's assume, that I scanned a Class 3 (good) WH in low-security space. We'll go with 20 Combat Sites (good), and nothing is showing up on my Directional Scanner (the thing I use to see if there's anything we need to worry about, like a very dangerous enemy ship).
Because this is the perfect WH, my team comes in to run it. Team consists of: - 2 Combat-Runners. WHs are filled with Sleepers, which do all types of damage at once (EM, Thermal, Kinetic, Explosive, etc...), so you need big ships with lots of tank and plenty of guns. - 1 Salvager. This guy doesn't fight at all. His main and only purpose is to run around cleaning up after my combat-runners. - 1 Scanner. This is me. I've built (some) of my skills for Exploration, pretty much for this exact reason. Exploration, to me at least, is easy, fun, and an easy way to earn ISK.
Wormholes, you need to be careful with though. If one false move is made while fighting, or the scanner makes a derp (there's a process you need to follow), it can go very bad, very quickly. Not to mention that after a while, they become unstable and could collapse, so having someone on lookout for that is always a good idea.
And now, a picture of how profitable WH-running is. 10 minutes in a WH, because it was about to collapse. My Salvager took some time to hack a couple containers, and we gathered some stuff. Overall, the run took about 30-45 minutes. In that 30-45 minutes, we managed to make enough so each one of us got 32 million ISK. A full run, however, with no slip-ups, no mistakes, and mediocre loot on a C3 with 15 sites, can net something like 300 million ISK total. Of course, you need to split it up, but in 21 days of running wormholes, you can easily PLEX.
Again though, I dunno what job you'd do for us. We have our combat runners (not to mention someone with 3 weeks of experience won't stand a chance in a WH. I've been playing for a month or so, and I'm JUST barely getting to the point where I can), we have our Salvager (although more Salvagers never hurts), and we have our Scanner (along with a couple backup scanners).
WARNING: Wormholes can be super boring sometimes, depending on your role. At one point or another, there is always waiting. While the Scanner is doing research, the Combat-Runners are waiting for him to finish. While the combat-runners are fighting, the Salvager needs to wait for them to finish. While all this is going on, the Scanner pretty much has no other job. Once you got the WH covered, you just need to wait for everyone else to make the ISK. :P
