Defense is always preferable to raw HP if there's a choice between the two. Buffer tanks are not viable anymore. true decrease base hp to 1.6 levels, 3600 armor, increase plate, proto, amount by 500 done 2 exiles assault rifles, Skinweave caldari frame, Staff recruiter mlt frame, Templar set Caldari Master Race

Cycling 3 enhanced is difficult enough to fit an armor hardener and rep module.
