I'm not talking cutting health. I'm talking taking away regen. A Caldari Logi doesn't need 5 hp/s regen. Nor do other classes. Wanna know what isn't used? Rep modules. Wanna regen health? Throw on a repper. As an armor build, I'm one of the few that NEEDS to use it because shields are useless when you have only around 100 shield, the lowest of every race.

I guess technically it hasn't been spelled out definitively that the rep bonus is going away, but considering they didn't disagree with the new bonuses Aeon Amadi found on singularity, most of us assume that it is going away. Personally I'd like to see some kind of defensive bonus or attribute to the logi suits, maybe just a straight up inherent armor rep like the gallente scout is going to get for the armor-based suits, and something like higher shield regen or a shorter delay for the shield tankers.
