That's actually something I like about how New Eden works. Just like in real life, you don't choose the group you're born into, but you can choose where your loyalties lie in adulthood.

For amarr and caldari because they probabily have less players and matchmaking fill their team with blueberries and for minnie and gallente because they can't find a match.
