CA joined RA so the community has a corp from RA they can smack around and feel good about themselves. :D

If it wasn't for AE DDB and the rest wouldn't be anything but STB's rebellion corp still
Edit: Only NS could stand alone and be fine.

Trolling? Yea, sure, there was a bit of a troll in there. But it's also the truth. DDB - really aren't bad, but they're still game for many corps - while corps like FA and AE would just consistently beat them - so if AE wasn't there to back them up they wouldn't hold the ground they do now or the communities attention.
Your corp is no different - cept while in PD no one is going to hold your hand if you start to lose - so you have to pucker up and get good. In RA - you'll have AE to rely on if you start to failscade.
Don't be joking anyone if you think "It's just for fun." This move was to finally put CA on the map and get real ISK farming with RA and give yourself the ringers to finally fight bigger fish.
But, that's just my two cents on the last part. :)

Not all corps are equal with talent. Some are better than others, everyone knows that. Its just reality. We aren't isk farming because we don't have any districts right now. PD was completely silent when CA was getting slammed by NS. But you know what, our districts were not locked and we fought Nyan San the best we could. From what i hear it was some really good fights and our guys learned a lot from NS. Point was, Zero assistance from STB. Ill admit its really nice to have backup like AE and Nyan San when its needed but our intention is to fight our own battles and win our own districts. Not to ride the curtails of AE and NS. [/quote] Good to hear :D

Shepherd Grey wrote:Ok, let's see if I can line these all up correctly. 1. OP - history lesson? when I pulled you out of D-Uni, you had talent. Where did you take it? only the most notorious district-locking corp out there. When you point fingers of bandwagon, look at the 3 pointed back at you. You aren't leadership, PD leaders hardly inquired as to CAP's opinions on any matters etc., therefore we owe our considerations to no one. 2. Our withdrawal from alliance was a reflection on the direction it was taking: simple as that. We stuck around through two wars with alliance, lost everything TWICE - thus proving we stand by those around us, no matter the cost. You're oblivious to the price my guys have paid defending platforms and deals we weren't privy to. Fusion, how much has mL lost for pd ever? 3. Leaving had absolutely NOTHING to do with ringers or help from anyone. I don't blame STB/ML not ringing for losing our land, I didn't ask them for help nor did I want it. When NS attacked everything we owned, we brought 16 CAP to every match and fought valiantly. When we could have abandoned PD to keep our land and save ourselves, we stood by our brothers in arms for one last hurrah. Tex and I didn't form this corp to ring out; if the men play, they deserve to compete. 4. We did, in fact, go independent. I sorely can attest that Cubs is right. Versing 8+ ringers defending four WarRavens locked districts that we sniped a week ago, we realized that 120 isn't enough clones when elite ringers have zero integrity in earning paychecks they don't need anyway. Without resolving to utilize the dirty tactics 70% of MH landholders do to keep their land, which we will never do, we found it difficult to progress alone given MH's current state-of-affairs. 5. We entered RA to squad/fight alongside people my guys enjoy playing with, as was the original case with PD (Sax Rage). Our time at PD was thoroughly enjoyed, as clearly stated in the withdrawal letter, and no malicious intent was behind it. Our relations with many individual alliance members remains constant, as does the friendships built between CAP's guys and theirs. In the end, it's all about the guys and what it is THEY seek to fulfill out of this game. We leaders are merely facilitators, illustrating the group's opinion and exercising it fully without injecting selfish pursuit or gain. My men have fought without a paycheck from locked districts since we formed, and I wouldn't rather be surrounded by anyone else. We don't seek to gain elitist players by taking land and locking it, barring the community from genuinely enjoying this game for what it is. Rather, we men & women at CAP have forged a team as well as a family and hope to defend a MH free of exploits. Those among you wishing the same from your corp, voice it. When CCP fixes these farming fools, we'll see who has the talent then All other questions, comments, inquiries can be directly funneled into their nearest receptacle. All dry cleaning, please forward to OP. Regards, SG All respect for CAP restored. Great post. o7

But if you want to point the finger at supposed hypocrites, I'd suggest pointing it at those who say they're the best, who say they have integrity and are game players, etc., but yet exploit the game, lock their districts, talk about how small corps 'have to' lock them (even though they are in the top three largest corps in the game), claim not to be elitists, yet for whatever reason think having more isk is a good thing... I mean doesn't it determine who are the better players? I'd point it at those who criticize other corps for not having the best players and yet who ring an ENTIRE TEAM of another corp in order to win their battles.
Let me just say that those to whom I'm referring here are not intended to be wholly not identifiable.
It's hard to say who you're talking about when you say, "They're in top three largest..."
It's either STB, AE, DDB, NS, ML, or PX1. I wonder which :O
Because if being hypocrites about morality is an issue - you just joined the worst of them all - AE. So I'm guessing, that's who it is. But that makes no sense?? You just joined them!?
Gah - I'm so confused. :)

You just joined them!? Gah - I'm so confused. :) You might want to double check how many members are in each corp . . . The following might help: http://evemaps.dotlan.net/districts/alliances. If the link worked - it might of helped. But I highly doubt he's referring to largest as being the most populated. I take insinuations where they exist - but his words are easily mis-contruded to mean almost anyone, though he wants the person he's insulting to understand it's him.
We all know he's pointing to Cubs - but for the reasons he mentioned for disliking cubs, morale issues mostly, AE is even worse off with. The only recently took morale high ground with district locking - AND THAT'S IT. I hope LLC thought things through, because a lot of the posts here imply that Capital Inq has no ******* clue about anything outside of there group.
Lol, oh well. If cap wants to chill with the glitch to winners that's there call. :3

AE. though has continued close relations with Shepherd Grey from Capital Acquisitions LLC. Nyain San had attacked all their districts and offered them their land if they left PD. They essentially told Nyain to suck it and stayed for the fights and took the loss for their alliance.
Their nobility is strong, I actually haven't even been on to welcome them and they have been in for a few days now, sigh *work*. So some of you are right about them being on different playing ground and that's fine. But a promise to Capital Acquisitions I personally made to them was that I would help them succeed, which I know is going to cause a lot of questions. As in, will AE. be helping them take land? Answer is no. - For a long time, a lot of veteran corporations have told me to help a lesser experienced corporation out, well that's what my goal is with Capital Acquisitions. Although my own activity is shaky, I will still render any resources I have at my personal disposal to help them. No, not ISK either. Just fundamentals of PC and the competitive roots this game has in opposing points of view. You're acting like Capital Aq isn't an already established corp - they don't need to be piggy backed or held hands - they barely needs ringers and there wallet isn't empty. IF anything they said here is true - AE won't be doing anything to help them at all other then giving them a good time in there alliance. So which is it - are you buddies - or are they your pet project?
