I've been playing Dust for almost a year now, but never came on the forums until now, because I've recently become addicted to it again. For example, I know what FW means, (Faction Warfare... right?), but what about QQ, or PC and a lot of other abbreviations that I see when I read through the forums, normally it's kind of easy to infer the meaning but I'm having trouble. Sorry for the noob questions and what not, but everyone's got to learn somewhere.

Are Warbarge Strikes only available to Eve players? If not, how do I do it? We are the omega, the end of all things.
