Does anyone seem to notice on how CCP changes this so often and ninja like or messes up the weapon completely heres some examples on weapons that have been changed or is wrong.
Rail Rifle- Anything with rail should do shield damage.....So why is RAIL RIFLE doing amour damage. I know i'll get some eve players calling me out and explaining why and please do.
Forge Gun- Used to do 110% shield damage for the longest i can rember was just after way back start of chromo and now it does amour damage even know it makes sense in eve cause its used for mining once you put a weapon in a game changing the play style on it since the damage is dealt different now it just never feels the same.
I know theres a few more comment below if you can think of anything else that changed or should be changed.

i also forgot to add the shotgun and yeah if you look at it from the perspective of a caldari it makes sense to make a weapon to kill amour tanks but calling rail is kinda messed up for me anyways. Like i was saying though the shotgun used to do amour damage like a month ago and i loged on the other day and now it does shield damage and now that i think about it the sniper keeps changing back and forth cause the sniper does more shield damage now.

The shotgun is Hybrid-Plasma, it has always done 110% damage to shields, 90% to armor. Sniper rifle is and always has been Hybrid-Rail, so it does 90% shield, 110% armor. To my knowledge these numbers have never changed.
Sniper Rifle used to not do shield damage just due to the fact it was rediclously powerfull nowadays with the hp buffs CCP changed it to shield damage im like 85% sure it used to do amour damage. For the shotgun though i can 100% say that it used to say 110% amour damage cause my tactic for the longest time was to flux a heavy then pop out with a shotty so i can confirm that it has been changed around.

ok guys after looking at some stuff i still don't see why the sniper is doing 110% sheild damage lol
