He was by far my favorite dev. His featured fit was beyond amazing, and helped me find a playstyle I loved. He did a job that I was genuinely interested in, and something that was difficult and still fun (map design is surprisingly deep in terms of gameplay), and was a great and active dev. +1 to you, LogicLoop, +1. I hope your next job doesn't mind you providing useful information and enjoying the community and your job. :D

As someone who has hired a lot of people, managed teams and team members and fired a lot of people I can say there are only 2 reasons why people leave jobs that are cool;- either they are forced to do something uncool which they dont like or they just cant get along with the rest of the team.
I love the LOB I work with and I am pretty sure most of the Devs that work with CCP enjoy developing the game. And generally when you are in these kind of environments where you are actually doing something cool with other people you get along with them. Very rarely you would see that you have to work with a numnut and it generally ends up being your manager or the business user.
With that in mind I believe with the kind of interaction Logic Loop had with the community leads me to believe that he just got tired of doing things he didnt like at work. Speculation aside I have seen a quite a few devs who had good interactions with the community no longer with CCP.
Either that or it could be something like the WOD fiasco.
The only troll to successfully troll CCP.
