They are not particularly well balanced AV weapons...
Well Forge Guns can be pretty overwhelming, and I consider them to be excellently balanced right now.
I just meant to illustrate that swarms are under-performing, and plasma cannons never even got the chance to perform.

However, if you ever try to tell me to use my mass driver as an AV weapon again, I will strap my Assault MK.0 to the bow of a titan and suicide ram your docking station.
Would that be considered committing suicide in a public area?
