Just been doing a little bit of dreaming. Musing over the potential of a respec, which I have serious doubts will ever come down the pipe. But, if it did happen, here's what I'd probably do:
1. All my SP from G-logi/assault would go on the big pile.
2. All my SP from AR and the little I have in ScR/CR would go on the big pile.
3. All my SP in to every equipment except nano hives would go on the big pile.
4. I'd reskill everything under "dropsuit upgrades" just like I have it now, accept the equipment of course.
5. I'd reskill into G-scout and skill into G-heavy when it drops.
6. I'd reskill into rail rifles and scrambler pistols and explosives to where I am now.
7. I'd skill all the way into C-assault dropships (I've really been wanting to fly a lot lately, but just don't have the SP to put into it right now.
8. With whatever I had left over, which I think would be a good bit, I'd proto the cloak and start working on the CR again.
9. If I didn't end up having enough SP to get dropships I'd probably just wait on the G-heavy. I think the new G-scout would satisfy me until I could muster up the SP for the heavy.
So those are my pipe dreams, no this mid winter night. What are yours?

The likelihood of a respec is quite good actually,
First off, i find it hard to believe that CCP would introduce all the racial suits without giving EVERYONE a change to spec into specific role / racial suits.
Secondly, with new suits , weapons and racial rebalancing / suits bonus changes, I personally don't think they would not issue a suit respect. I will say however , I doubt that a vehicle one will happen because this was done very recently.
With 37 million to hand , i have 2 pro to suits instead of 3, drop the snipe role of the past entirely, spec fully into GalLogi and MinLogi , both pro - LAV full spec, maybe DS's too.

Go from Scrambler Rifle 4 to 3 and go from Scrambler Pistol 2 to Ion Pistol whatever. Other than a few mods I never use, I'd use my extra SP to proto my Gallente Scout. Got 4, so I don't need much. Once in done with that, I'd go to medium frame 3 and heavy three. I'd leave it at that for a while and re skill into my believed Gallente weaponry and the Sniper Rifle. Oh, and damage mods for the Sniper again, too.
I barely got 12m SP thanks to this event. Still have 180k to go. I wonder if it already ended or if today is the last day. |

Meh, you'd be better off with a G-scout if your not even going to attempt to take advantage of the bonuses. *shrugs*

It's a scout hunter. Most scouts will dampen and or cloak:
C-scout, no precision mods: 30.375 scan precision
Normal scout plus damp/cloak: 18.492 profile
Normal scout just cloak or damp: 23.625 profile

I think I'd dump the 27 mil (plus 2 mil I'm sitting on waiting to hear if we do get a respec) into my drop ships. I already have all the armor tree done, so it'd just be shield and the core stuff, plus the actual drop ships. Anything left over... Passives for suits i suppose. |

I have a priority list. Dont know that I can cover all of it right from the beginning.
First ting is to put the first four Dropsuit Upgrades to 5.
G-Heavy 5
HMG 5 (Prof 3)
Armor Plating 3
Then Minnie scout 3
Nova Knives 5 (Prof 3)
Cloak 5
System Hacking 3
then kinda round out any additional modules that will benefit me. |

Um, excuse me? Proto G-scout here bub. I was one of the OGs. Started scouting back in codex. Got out of it when they broke it at the beginning of uprising. Got back into it when they made it relevant again, by increasing passive scan radius to 16m. Also I've had my Gal logi since the beginning of uprising, and I went logi to logi which I am quite good at. So why don't you take your preconceptions and cram them up your @$$.

I am assuming it would be Dropsuit Command (for obvious reasons, racial parity = respec to me) and Weaponry. Weaponry is likely because Assaults getting bonus to specific weapon types means that not using X race weapon with X race Dropsuit is going to be completely inferior. The devs basically pushed those people into those weapons so I think a respec is decent. Dropsuit Upgrades are mostly non-Dropsuit based (Scan Profile/Precision/Radius, 5% more Shield/Armor, etc) so I think they stay.
For me, I think I would point my Caldari Assault Suit back in the same place. My Assault Rifle and Rail Rifle skills will be put back into Rail Rifle and other things to help the RR like Handheld Weaponry Upgrades. Not too much of a change as my primary skill set was refunded in 1.7. |

Logis are getting bonuses to specific equipment. Also many may not even be logia at all after a dropsuit respec. So, they would most definitely need to respec every thing dropsuit related.

I'm probably going to move into tanks, and no not because they're currently OP, but I've found I absolutely love running AV with gunnlogis. From what I've seen in matches, there aren't too many of those people out there.

Vehicles will probably be change again, quite a bit, over the next few patches. As CCP did state that the changes to vehicles that came in 1.7 were only the first round in an overal ultimate vehicle rebalance. I imagine that where we currently are is in the Data mining stage, hence the current low cost of vehicles. Low vehicle cost means more vehicles on the field to mine data from.
Just sayin: Be careful/make sure it's really what you want.

I'd spec out of
Amarr assault,logi,heavy,SCR,LR,AR,RR and most of my equipment and go straight into core skills RE's Scp's and the Amarr scout. And then from there back into the lights weapons of the Amarr and then Commando or Assault with logi being the last because its role relies on equipment use. And then the vehicle skill tree I go :D

Having already gone through 9 character remakes for skills, this person isn't going to rush into anything. He's going to sit and run numerics on all suits and weapons I want to use along with vehicles.
