if youre so clueless to the fact that none but the other *best* corps can compete with u, then yeah, its easy to justify locking your districts, AE.
its been pointed out several times already (thx sota) that u lock your districts bc youre a bunch of greedy bastards who wont stop attacking, even tho (another thing already pointed out) u couldnt hold all your **** if it was attacked simulteanously (i think i miss-spelled that....owell )
theres another thing to keep in mind here, revered geniuses of the war room. not everyone is filthy stinking rich and able to just up and get a district. youre only thinking about yourselves here. smaller, not-as-good corps (such as Chaotic-Intent) are not able to go against the grain and attack the majority land holder (RE corps) and actually *win* (*win* implies flipping a district)
my plan was to either flip or buy a district and lock it. why? so i could use those iskies for sending clone packs out like crazy. i was gonna send one at ANYONE and EVERYONE, including AE, knowing that the ass kickings were more than likely coming. why? bc this is one corp interested in getting better, and battling is the only way to do that, and the only way to get some moolah. why cant i do that, tho? why is it frowned upon to lock a district bc im just getting started and i want no part of that joke u call 'PFC'?
but i guess our timing sucks. so, here u are, sitting on your precious districts, for what? to get ccp's attention? psshhhh. youre all gawddamn liars, i say. ure sitting there bc u have been getting your asses kicked (or so ive heard) and bc ure milking those districts for everything u can b4 they change PC so that u dont earn from districts anymore (im assuming thats a change theyre making?)
sell some districts. i would buy one. i know of several other corps that u dont even know exist would buy one or two. and let them lock it. who cares? u guys are still getting fights between yourselves and other top tier corps, and once your reign ends, you will disband and reform into other corps and/or form another one. wutever. so.....why not back your claims of "caring about the community" and do something truly useful, and sell some districts to nubs like me? oh, thats right. bc youre *beast* and dont have to do anything u dont want to do. thats fine, then. just dont come on here and expect anyone to believe this nonsense. (refer to OP) -Superhero Rawdon Chaotic-Intent CEO Can confirm AE is greedy as **** and won't stop attacking because we're war hungry. Can also confirm that we wouldn't be able to hold all our "sh*t" if we got attacked simultaneously. Can also confirm we do want CCP's attention Btw if you wanna buy a district, hit up kujo, soul, doc. Mj, or zaria
lol at least i got through one ONE point

Sorry to get off subject here but your corp only has 16 members. Chaotic-IntentEven if they were all original players (without any alt members), you'd need every member on just to fill a team. Do you really think you'd have any chance of actually defending a district against most corps out there? My guess is you'd like to lock the district for some easy ISK like everyone else.
thats what an alliance is for...to fill the slots if needed
and as far as WHY i want a district....go read my post again
dont know how i feel knowing u looked my corp up specifically, but ok

Considering To...Flatlines and G0ds Am0ng Men have survived with their districts having less than 10 and 20 members respectively all bets are off on assumptions. :3 I remember a time when small corps paid larger corps to fight for them

I understand allies helping out with a spot here and there in PC. If you're using your allies to fill up near half or more of your PC team though, you're basically exploiting the alliance your a part of. And after a short while in such case, you should expect for allies to stop helping out of sheer goodwill.
this just shows how little u actually know about my allies and myself

High-Damage was the result of a merging between Chaotic-Intent and 187.
which fell apart for numerous reasons.
afterwards, the original chaotic members and i went nomad.
we finally restarted Chaotic.
ure awfully focused on me. who are u?
and like i said, u know nothing about me, my corp, or my alliance-mates, as we have been running together for a while in numerous outings.

I tried to get this thread back on subject but I keep being called out. Anyway... @ Rawdon: Sure, I don't. I know if a corp barely has enough members to fill a team, they shouldn't be crying about not having a district; allies or not. Back on subject, no matter the reason RA is locking their districts, this exploit looks like it will be fixed mid-March at earliest. Therefore, lock your districts to your heart's content as this isn't going to change any time soon. Furthermore, it is very doubtful CCP will take any action against those who have used this exploit especially as almost everyone is doing it now. If any thing, this action ensures nothing will happen to those that have used this exploit to extreme gains.
u keep getting called out bc u keep talking about me lol
shut up and i will
