So I have been asking around in various chat channels about how Dust 514 can be improved. The major things that the community wants addressing have already been stated in my application (see Council Chamber CPM1 Application). However, there are things things that are not on the forefront of the communities agenda which I would also like to look at.
Some ideas from the local chat are;
The option to remove the turret in the LAV for extra seats, A mounted turret similar to the range of the scrambler rifle/ rail rifle (longer range with a slow rate of fire) Aurum for SP, Aurum for ISK, More vegetaition, More planets in PC, Market syncronisation, A flamethrower
I would like to hear more from you, what do you think of the above? Do you have any more ideas?

The idea with the test server will be hard to implement realistically, what would be more accomplishable would be the militia/basic matches. In terms of the warbarge I would like to see its return, and for the table to display the map.
With PVE I think it would be best for CCP to release a statement on its progress. As for the free roaming, I think this would be impossible as it would make the matches last hours while everyone runs around trying to find the enemy.
The player market should allow transfer of items between characters. I agree with the more players per match on some maps, especially the larger ones. Some weather would be nice too.

I suppose for the gambling office/ racing arena you could organise this on PFC, when corportation battles return you could then do your races this way instead. As for it been implenented by CCP, I think it is an unrealistic target sorry. PVE I hope with have some kind of campaign storyline to it with various challenges to complete. I would like to see racial variants of the vehicles (a long term goal at the moment). Manufacturing would be a process done through a closer relationship with EVE if it can be done. Again a long term goal. The return of BPOs is something I would like to see. Skills and bonuses are a hard one to figure out, I know there are some useless skills in the tree, but it is not at the top of the agenda at the current time. I don't think CCP wants to move to the PS4 until the major workings are completed. Larger maps I think will be implemented at some point. As far as officer turrets go, I wouldn't think they will be brought out (if they are) unitl the tanks are balanced correctly. More communication between the staff and the community is one of my main priorities. As for factional rewards, I was thinking of them been part EVE material that we can seel to them to make us better equipment.

Bigger squads probably will not be implemented as it would make games too one sided. Clan deploy would be pretty much corporation battles, but i am assuming you want ambush and domination included? Good idea, will not be high on the agenda but could be implemented in the future if enough people ask for it. Roles can be assigned to anyone, for example we have a personel manager, a coutdown manager (for qsync). Better connection between the 2 games is something I am pushing for. As for customisation (say for AUR), this is also something that could be added, but it would not be a short term goal for CCP. In the case of a bigger connectivity to your race, do you mean like roles in the bloodline? So say for instance one that deals in trading will earn more isk per battle, one will ger a slight boost to sp, another would have a slight damage increase? If this is what you mean then I would like to see this. Better balancing is also somehting I will be pushing for. Improved graphics and improved physique? (guessing you mean this word) are not on my list of priorities. As for faster pace, just throwkinetics on your suit.

So something like an attack order that the blueberries can see as well? Should be possible to implemement I guess, although not high on the agenda I'm afraid.

If this could be done it would have to be on the EVE side. Player A says "make this for 20mil" and the process is interchanged through the open market. Some weapon modules would be fun though

It will be just for some kills, i mean like no everytime (if it will be still, it will be boring). Just something like in ol-¦Duke nukem for exaple, like for special kills headshots and these stuff. I though like, just sound for your self, not something in proxy.
I supose something could be said in certain situations like headshots, I think I would prefer some music while I am shooting someone in the face or flying around though to be honest.

I also hope to see the return of T2 vehicles and turrets and I like your idea of the drones :) I remember reading somewhere on here that CCP said urban warfare would be impossible on the PS3. A few people have suggested things like armoury raids on districts, which if it can be done I am all for :) For the low oxygen are you refering to dropships hovering around the air ceiling for too long? Lightning would be awesome especially in night maps (which i also want returned). instead of being buried I would prefer blizzards and sandstorms, impairs vision etc. So far the only MAV is the Bolas, I hope more are in development like an armoured personnel carrier for example.
