The scanner nade would be a sticky device that once activated will produce an active scan effect with in a small radius 15-20m. The grenade then detonates when the scan runs out for 30% of standard nade damage.
MD appropriate rounds would be available!
And Yes webifiers too, and time dilation gremades as well.
Just not flashbangs or concussive.

Fairpoint, but personally flashbangs are a bit old school, we already have night vision goggles that are flare resistant. It would instead be replaced with an EMP, because I would like to see EMP shielding survive a hydrogen bomb enfused em pulse
