I went to log in a few minutes ago, and I had a promt that read:
Quote:The server is currently in VIP mode and will not accept external connections. Normal service should resume shortly. If this problem persists, please contact [email protected] for assistance. So then I decide to just play some LoZ, but when I log back on to DUST the EULA prompt came up, which usually only happens when something changes.
Has something changed?

They might have changed something in the EULA agreement...or just a bug :D

I know as part of the newsletter that people who joined before release and were subscribed got 50 fully fitted Proto heavies. Maybe it has something to do with that? Did confuse me too. |

But CCP doesn't change the EULA when they give an item to a PSN ID.

Could be they were sticking some code in ready for 1.8 to minimise the downtime when it is launched. Have you checked the devblogs to see if there is any announcement?
Or maybe there was just a minor glitch which they found and fixed during whatever they do in downtime and since the code had changed the EULA automatically popped up.
When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.

And I doubt that "sticking code in" requires a EULA change.

Wouldn't matter, they work by the account, not by the character. That's why you can redeem items to any character you have, regardless of age.

Maybe the EULA hasn't changed and it just automatically flags it to appear when the code has been changed for some reason.

I think it'd be best to wait for an announcement from a DEV.

Sorry guys to disappoint you, but it was just an update to EVE Online. That's why it had longer downtime. But devs forbid us to talk about that game, so we had no info, and will never have

Most likely Rubicon 1.1
However, after I accepted the EULA again, where it says my duration in the corp on the login area, it said something like:
[no:id corp duration]
Cant remember exactly, but thought it was a little strange.

If you're really curious....
1 boundless hmg 1 viziam scram pistol 1 complex shield mod 1 complex armor plate 2 complex armor reppers 1 enhanced armor plate 1 locus grenade
All AUR equivalents of course, but the pg/cpu reqs are ridiculous. Nice vanity suit though, kinda like the 'tigris' sentinel a-1.
