People have different opinions based on what they use and what they experience. The truth of the matter is CCP need to flat out state - This is what we want - these are the roles and engagements that we envisioned and then ask for CPM and community input. Oh and also its a lot better if balance passes are done in one go at one time when all weapons, suits and skills are present. Then later down the line do the same for vehicles.
