I'd say this puts a new spin on clone reanimation.
P.S. oh how I would love a capture card. Too busy saving for other things.

Fans of the animated series Berserk will most certainly recognize the tune used.

I wrote a storyboard for Castor Crave's contest the other night and it got my wheels turning about actually trying out what reversed footage would look like. I haven't seen it done very often for a multiplayer video game. It's quite trippy.

It's why I do a lot of things. As gimmicky as it seems, the format really seems to work well for single life killstreak/stunt displays. It's going to take a lot of luck and proper timing to put together some decent footage however.

I haven't been completely satisfied with the nova knife footage I've captured. I'm still working on it. Instead, I will share these two clips with you.

Thank you. I really like how the timing worked out on that one. It was completely a happy accident. As for slowing down shots, that is certainly something I have the ability to do. I'm just in the process of teaching myself how to do it. Adobe After Effects is basically a brand new beast for me.

Michael Arck wrote:I concur. The timing and the effects combined made the video into a different beast. That will be an interesting task. Thinking of ways to make things happen moving forward that would look cool in reverse. I'll subscribe to this thread and if I have any other ideas, I will be sure to pass it on. I appreciate your help and input. I'll see what I can put together with swarms and dropships battles. At least from tonight I have a massive backlog of aerial stunts and bulls-eying objectives with hacksuits and heavy fits but a lot of it feels like flashes in the pan, interrupted by deaths. I'm trying to aim for one-shot footage (2 to 3 minutes) that includes a quick succession of exotic kill streaks and team assists. It's not easy.
I do have the capability to transform other players' footage in After Effects just for the purpose of satisfying curiosity.

More or less demonstrates inertia dampeners and reckless disregard for safety--in reverse.

Additionally, I managed to figure out how to better record my material on the camera. I dug up a tripod. So that's a nice plus.

With this clip, I'd also like to point out a request to adjust dropship and object collision when ascending. Of course, this non-pressing issue.

What I want to try next is having 3 or 4 mercs stand on top of a dropship with either swarm launchers or forge guns. I want to pair it to something that resembles a whaling ship tune as players coordinate their fire on a tank or enemy dropship.

I was also wondering what you were doing on the dropship until I saw a red triangle and the REs fly back into your hand. Definitely getting better. Nice work! I did kill the dropship too +75 Grimsnes

Alright ladies and gentlemen a submission contract has been placed for the whaling idea with swarms and forge guns. I am doing this because I am running down on time before I must leave on a several month travel abroad engagement.
