I see a few solutions to your problems. . . But they have only launched an attack on your district. They have not taken over the district yet. Neither have they broken any rules. PFC districts are there to fight almost everyday. As long as you have 1 clone left the district is still yours. I'd suggest showing up for the fight, try your tactics and play to have fun as any PFC battle should be and let the rest of the community know if:

- They have hired ringers (Alliance members are not ringers)

- They attacked with the intentions of taking over the district (But just because they have brought over 150 clones doesn't necessarily mean that they are planning to take over, till the point they actually do)

- After battle # 1, If they have actually showed up for the auto re-up

- If they have taken over the district.

I'm sure there are lot of people in your neighbourhood who would not tolerate unnecessary violence and would do anything to maintain Peace and order.

So did you lose your district ?!

Like in real life, there will always be Big boys and small timers, we are small timers and know our place in the Universe. There will always be a person somewhere who profits from being in the Big one, call it rackets, call it mafia, call it unfair.

We understand the system and play by its rules, if you just took the time to see that Spero and other people want this zone to be stabilized so that we can actually do what you want, which is sparing. Owning a district is BTW only 4 other menu entries in the game. We want you guys to spare with us at a later time, we are not in PFC to sell clones, we are there to train. Outside PFC there is this need to lock districts to make money for gear and protection. Of course when you own 40% of MH, you have lots of it and that makes you a Big boy. None of that matter for the moment for us, its not the goal. At a later point in our corp development we will be able to train enough of our people to maybe hold one or two districts out there, may they be won by politics with alliances or taken by force, which seems the way you prefer. In any cases we are effectively stuck within the game designed boundaries created by CCP. As a game programmer myself, I understand that development takes time. MH is a bottled experiments and we are the fishes. Team Players understood the mechanics and offered to ring instead of taking a feet in the politics. If you want to train yourselves to be ringers, we will gladly help, once our district is far from being flipped because we earned our rights to be here. Because its been months of talk, and talk, and politics, and gathering huge sums of money, way over what was needed to take a foot here.

So the hand will always be extended for other people, I have started the Idea of holding public events in PFC with not only inside corps but regulated outside attacks. We will have to see what other land owners have to say. If we find a way for everybody to win, all will be happy...

Just letting you guys know because we all know how DL guys love to beat their chest, but the cubs spearo super squad will pub stomp your corp and any ringers you bring in with a clone pack

We lost to a team of the best ringers available. I was pretty disappointed that the Quebec guys didn't want to settle their beef with us themselves. Just goes to show you the kind of guys they are.
