If there was a real way to guarantee i get these i would buy 10 right now.
But from what i see it is you could get 1Bil for all 50 today but there is nothing stopping from not giving them out when market drops when you could just resell them.
Why even list the fitting requirements and loadouts, not like anyone that buys them will be planning to use them.

Correct I heard it was suppose to be a place holder for a BPO black ops lav that cloaked
