I might not have noticed except that they were flaunting it and not even shooting back unless you went to capture something, so I walked among them, tried everything I had on hand, even the butt of a rifle, no good. The ONLY thing I saw take one of them down was a direct hit from a friendly tank, and even that might've just been a random opposing player who wasn't cheating. I have a very old and crap TV (we're talking CRT type here) and not even S-Video is clean enough for me to read names in most games, so if ANYONE else faces this, PLEASE submit tickets with names! This has GOT to stop! I've submitted my own for what little it's worth, but I thought I'd go ahead and make a little public noise here too in hopes we'll get the eyes of Dust out there looking for them! I Suck at shooters, but it's no fun to lose when there is NO way to win for an honest player!
Devs and GM's? Please let there be a way to track and find these people and their exploit, and get it the HELL out of the game forever! Dust won't be any fun anyone if everyone figures this out and we have battles with nothing but a bunch of immortals on the field stare'n at eachother Clearly you are having two very different problems, first you're using a slow Frame Per Second televisision that can't keep up with the modern day games or consoles, second you are experiencing a game delay via your router/firewall which is preventing game data from transfering at the fastest possible rate. Both are easily fixable by buying a new $200 Walmart hd tv that can handle more then a N64 console, and the second one can be found on the forum called Port forwarding in Technical Support. Follow the simple instructions and the only lag you will face will be caused by using the internet/pandora while playing. Playing this game on a standard definition TV is like trying to look through a scratched up magnifying glass. |
