I've seen him twice.
One match, I blew up his team's tank, and I wanted to walk away from the explosion like a boss.
I then said "$#!t" as I heard him 6 Mass Driver rounds towards me.
I would've gone ISK positive too if it wasn't for him. That bastard. GG.

From what I heard, Sinboto is having some issues with a death in the family, and might not be active atm.
