Simple and effective, theres rarely a tank that can survive. Its made to kill a tank then be recalled, not to kill multiple tanks all with the same tank. The better you think you are, the more you get ridiculed if you make a mistake. yeah he'd rip you a new one with that fit, he was a good redline rail tanker in the past and I can only imagine he actually ventures out now that shield tanks have invincibility mode hardeners. I do sometimes feel an ounce of shame for my red line rail days, but once uprising hit and brought the introduction of buggy armour reps dedicated shield tankers like myself were forced to the redline for 4 games out of 6 just to pay for our tanks , back in chrome I only rail sniped when another vet tanker was on the field as tbh it was the only way to deal with other tanks i.e. get range and fire power on your side . but now yes I love my new shield hardeners and will continue to run front line rail tanks till the inevitable nerf to come.
peg is the best tanker I've met. I play with and against a ton of tankers. He is also I supporter of caldari. He will actually use gimped fits because racial purity is important and satisfying to him. He's one of the closed beta vets that don't gang up on newbs(solo all bets are off). He's not an ass kisser or a circle jerk and people fondly call him a dirty rail tanker. They might not know he thinks its more immersive to be in a real tank with real fire power.
I use disposable tanks and dispose of 500k tanks. 1.7 is crap but I'd pit peg against the best. I've seen him get popped and I've seen him rollin in a ghost rider flaming tank yellin at the logis trying to rep him. He is a true tanker and to hear some whelp back talking him pisses me off.

The **** off part rings a bell. im a shield tanker I don't care if I have 1 or 1k armour , the added effect of armour burn without the damage makes my front line particle cannon gunlogi look like a monster as when my shields are full I don't give a **** about my armour.... and yes I can remember severall games where iv been screming at the logis not to repair me and I think **** off was one of the politer tems used.

the point is he doesn't need the armor. Before this crappy overhaul tankers relied on more than just hardeners. You had to know terrain, escape routes, AV compositions, charge times on forge guns, when to run, when to fight, and a whole lot more. I realize you think you are pointing out a tactical flaw, sorry. You are just not in on the joke. You think you have skill.... How precious.

1) milt 80 gigajoule rail turret
1) milt 120mm armour plate
1) milt hvy armour rep
1) milt shield hardener
Your'e welcome... this sort of fit is what to use if you want an effective tank/gank balance . a good all round starting fit for aspiring tankers who want to kill other tanks. Exactly!!! I still use it and I believe It was Sol who turned me on to it. I do love my gunlogi though and await the re arrival of my Sagaris...

2x dmg makes much better gank. These first shoots to unhardened tanks counts most. ok dude you just lost what little credibility you had. So you missed my point the entire time, this somas meant to be recalled each time you destroy a tank, it wont last against more than one tank, thats why you recall it as soon as tge opposing tanks dead and call in another if there are more but dont continue using the first tank. right ok ........so ........ your fit is a death trap then ?? yes no maybe ?? otherwise you wouldent have to recall
its not a death trap as long as he is not taking fire. His logic is infallible.
