So ever since Dust has had the 5x bonus weekend (or whenever it does) i tend to have REALLY frustrating problems with the game; Cant snipe cus folks will be teleporting constantly, the sound in the game with either glitch as if it were possessed or the sound will cut off repeatedly, bullets will just not hit its target and apparently i cannot damage tanks and whatnot with any turret that i hack,i have a prettyyy good connection and i reset the ps3 but the problems still come back..its as if ccp were expecting their game to have very few patrons.... |

not totally true, whilst im a shotgun scout and like to run around with a ton of other scouts and heavies as backup...there are many times when the other team will develop some kinda decent strategy and make a pretty solid defense that makes it harder than it needs to be to catch an objective...but a duo of..or even a single decent sniper can dispel their defensive as well as scare em off or restrict their movement. also i must ask this greg of his strategies ...sounds like a badass.

Not all my games are like this, though.
Yeah same i had to pretty much rely on my smg or combat rifle, but it happened it pretty much ever match last night and most of the days before, and i mostly blame it on the increased about of people trying to get all these points. |

And even then, a lot of the time, I would have rather had a competent infantry at my back. So now it's evolved from "All snipers are useless" to "There are a few good snipers." We're making progress here folks! If constantly putting up 20-40/0, relaying Intel, and providing fire support and area denial isn't useful, then I don't know what is.
Shiiiii....i wish i were that good...i usually celebrate if i can even get 20 of them. |
