I absolutely don't think it's fair that a tank can sit safely behind the redline and take you out but I also don't think it's fair that it takes an entire squad to deal with 4 tanks per match.
So until infantry is no longer abused by this broken form of play I hope you tankers continue to feel threatened by your more cowardly brethren.

I completely agree, though calling them cowardly might make them less eager to help.
You were only incurring the wrath of half the tanker national socialist party, till you said that.

I have yet to be killed by a blaster tank while running infantry. It's all about being where the tank isn't and can't shoot you. If a blaster tank is camping an objective, then stop spawning there and go fight at a different objective. I got to say, I'm surprised at how many people continue to spawn at objectives when they know a tank will kill them in seconds. I know, I've camped some CRUs with a MISSILE tank and none escape to safety; and yet they continue to spawn and I get the kills 
I've also managed to camp a CRU with a blaster installation. I was really surprised as they continued to spawn over and over only to get killed within seconds.

lol right? they see to tanks around the CRU and still spawn with MLT swarms. im not complaining.

And I'm not in a real army now, I'm in a game. In a real army A LOT of things would be different. So let's not go comparing DUST to real warfare.

I know how to avoid tanks and I'm happy for you that you are the master of avoiding tanks, but the other 15 or so blueberries on my team, whose support is required to make a good fight, may not be as skilled at avoiding tanks. It isn't just about my skill it's about how the game structure works.

Why don't you bring in four pretend tanks then? When I'm not flying then I'm infantry and I don't like being killed by tanks either. But, they brought in four tanks so you either counter that with your own heavy armor or you hide from them.

Pick up a forge and get to work. The forge still is able to solo all vehicles. You have, at the very least, access to a militia forge and militia heavy frame to use it on in the merc store.
So about those vehicle locks...

Well, it's true. Granted, I don't run infantry too often on this character. My alt is pure infantry, but my claim still holds. I don't find myself running around in the open much aside from the start of every match. And I hunker down and take cover for as long as I need to if an enemy blaster tank tries to kill me.
