^ That most BPO's are collectibles at this point, they are never going to be released again so there price will always increase as some people who have them quit the game with the BPO's in their inventory lowering the supply and new player join the game with no other way but the open market to get them it raises the demand.
Get them while they are cheap and invest your ISK for a future profit, not much to do with ISK anyways at this point.
