Cause despite it all it is a fun and good game. They will talk crap leave and come back, maybe even uninstall, but they will never send thier mercs to the biomass.

Your not the first to ask it, I used to wonder this myself a while back.
The reason why you see people spamming vitriol on the forums is because dust is a heavy investment game with a long learning curve, its a brutal game. With that much investment its a lot harder to let go than most games, and as such people stick with it longer despite their frustrations because there is value in the time that has been given.
This is the phenomena that you see on the forums.

The EVE forums only let active EVE players post, because they have to be subscribed. The unfortunate nature of a free to play game is that all the people who quit DUST because they're bad can come back and whine about it for eternity.

Frankly I think we should just keep posting the good stuff and jettison the sour mercs into space.
We all know this game is growing and changing. Those of us who have been watching and playing from the "beginning" better than the rest. The key to us staying tho is the desire to see this game grow into a world that survives and thrives.
...Still can't help but think it would be refreshing to kick a whining Amarr out of an airlock tho XD

Its a forum jackass, its here so that we can provide feedback about the game, I could use your own reasoning against you, I could say you have no right to complain about us, but I'm not like you, everyone has a right to an opinion.
This game is severely broken and it needs alot of work, CCP won't know what's wrong without feedback.

DUST is the most interesting FPS I've ever played. It has tons of issues and still feels like a beta, but the core concept of tiered gear, risk vs. ISK, loss, permanent consequences, the EVE-style skill system, endless fitting possibilities, etc. make it fun and compelling. The bitching is because people do love this game and want to see it reach its potential. I think things should be in a pretty decent place within the next 6 months. Hopefully in the next 12-18 months we'll see it ported to the PS4 and watch the player count start to rise.

While currently, with its, mehgunplay, terrible MMing, and occasionally Downright imbalanced gameplay, and tons of people screaming to themselves "WHY IS IT NOT WHAT I WANTED?", many just are extremely disappointed in why they were so excited, and to have their dream product be so meh.

I don't talk **** on forum, however in game I may at times because I enjoy watching them deny their anger and them trying to sound intelligent when really they are just dummys.
