Hacking bonus for min Logis is irrelevant now, and those that wish to spec out of it and into repair tools need to have that flexibility. Same goes for the new heavies, the scouts and one can only assume the rest of the medium suits who's skills are changing. I would push for a Refund but this would be very time intensive and since so much is changing already, respec us just like vehicles. When you finally introduce the new heavy weapons drop them like the RR and cr. your player base is overwhelmingly in favor of a respec, to ignore this outcry would not be advised. |

And how do you know what you spec into will be less trash that what you already have, how can you be sure it won't be made trash in a couple of months? want another respec then???
Because I'm not a FOTM chaser. I want my min assault back, but I also want my points out of Amarr suits and ScR because CCP is changing the bonus. You miss the point, we want respects because the suit bonuses are changing drastically from what they were. Which in turn affects specifically the way you distribute the rest of your points. At 25mil sp, I have almost 5 mil invested into Amarr and ScR that once they change the bonus I don't want anymore. I will go cal scout and shotguns instead becaus I love scouts and shotguns. Not because I think they'll be FOTM. |

Please link where this was confirmed. Please link Dev blog, confirmed release content, and these "tweaks" you speak of.
I must've missed the patch notes...
The point is without knowing what they are changing, then all of this is based on speculation. If they change the suit bonuses and that in turn directly affects the modules or sp allocation (hacking and min logi) then yes, the players deserve to redistribute their sp according to the "new" set of rules. Saying live with your decisions is great, I am and have been. But this is CCP changing my decisions, and because they are initiating the change, it warrants a respec. |
