the core focus re tool have 10.5 m of range with the nerf it down to 7m,with the minmatar bonus of 50% range it now back at 10.5m.The same rep tool have 175hp/s of healing with the nerf it down to 125hp/s,with the minmatar bonus of 25% efficiency it now at 156hp/sec.So what going on? why i lost my hacking to have a rep tool les efficient that i have now? also exept for equipment spaming and scanners what make equipments so op? ''hey that nanohive is op it give to much ammo'' no one said ever...

I think the idea is to reduce the equipment then buff it back up to current levels with each logistics suit. It assures that each suit is necessary to get the same sort of output that you have now.

Exactly, while making it still possible for non logis to use but not anywhere near as efficiently. This is more of an equipment nerf for non logi classes.

Its an Equipment nerf to Logis as well, although if your brand of Logi has tool bonuses to something you use you might not feel it as muchGǪ
The most OP weapon on the Dust Battle Field:
One good logi, one rep tool, and a heavy.

Well there's also the PG/CPU reduction bonus to consider which will make using other non-suit bonus equipment items not so taxing to equip. Makes a big difference; on my Gallogi I save about 15 PG and about 70ish CPU across 4 proto equipment IIRC.
