Does anyone think ccp should yank the basic suit lv3 requirement before racial an just give us back sp for these?
Yea I think it's cool to get excited that " woo hoo I'm specing my racial suit now".
But they have absolutely no significant usage , no bonuses an they rott in our inventory, not to mention I kno a few poor souls that accidentally prototyped thes suits. Should they be removed and refunded for 1.8?

I would prefer they rework the frames to be cheaper more general purpose suits, and letting the role specialty suits be more for a specialty. And make the frames much cheaper.

No they do serve a purpose. They are more expensive than role specific suits and don't receive bonuses so that they can't be spammed, but allow an option for much lower sp players (new players) to have decent gear for a much lower sp cost. If anything, they should reduce the sp requirement for them.

If they just slapped the racial, not role, bonus on the Basic Frames they wouldn't be such a waste.
