Seriously a foot behind the hacking console? We can't spawn on A in domination but we can spawn on the letters in skirmish? Are the skirmish null cannons better technology? Besides this will put a greater importance on logis especially since there will be a lot more scouts and assaults next build and far less logis.

The only thing I fear from this is the ease of redlining. Yea we are dealing with 3+ objectives but with redlining, the way it is happening now in skirmish, this really is not needed. This does encourage the use of mCRU's but how many people are willing to use them? A lot more when when can't spawn on the letter itself.

If you remove the ability to spawn on objectives without giving the players the ability to create spawn points (that aren't relatively disposable uplinks) then you could create situations where skilled players could lock down objectives indefinitely simply because opponents have no means of spawning nearby that objective to reinforce it after a capture.
I do think that zerg spawning on objectives as it is currently doesn't make for the best form of gameplay but its the best they can do atm. I get the feeling the devs know all of this and that's why its been left untouched. They need to at least change the location of the spawns so that people down't spawn in with a line of sight to the hacking console.
