The Plasma is a skill weapon, like the FlayLock. You talking buff, less charge up time, MORE PLASMA PER CLIP? I would like the last option.

It's mostly the bugs that affect its performance. Half the time it doesn't fire or even load. There is also a new bug I discovered which makes it go through solid objects like players, vehicles and turrets. Also, the splash radius is inconsistent.

Plasma cannon is good, it just needs to tier a bit better. A slight more damage would keep it being a skill shot weapon without it being so darned hard to use (without damage mods)

the only drifference between them is that every one of them except the Plasma Cannon was OP at a time.... |

this is not a new bug, it is there quite long and cause by hit detection problems.
also I have discussed about this several months ago in the forum and a CCP dude responded that they are aware of those issues thus expect a fix SoonTM |
