I also love me some Jihad jeeps. Tanks514 made me a bitter angry man and it is such a sweet revenge :)

That's why you have to set up auxillary Uplinks way way out by the edges of the map. You have to account for idiot teammates blowing the cover of at least 1 of them, so I'd recommend two spread very very far apart at the edge of the map. You do no want attention while you call your LAV down, and putting 6+ RE's does take some time. Also, I play Ambush mostly, since I don't squad with people much, and I find nearly every match has enemy tanks. Certain corps spam them more then others.

Seems like a one-way LAV can reach virtually any place in redline, within 20 seconds. When the LAV is in the redzone and you are piling REs on it, if the tankers figure out where you are they will gate crash you in the red zone before you can get your fireworks for the party started.

Its so funny when you park on their nose, don't realise that you cant actually do anything while still sat there and they blow it up. Whats even more funny is when they send hate mail afterwards and you respond saying they shot you while you were parked so its their fault CPM1 candidate

Instead, put three on the left and right hand sides (above the wheel for e.g) of the front so that it's still close to the HAV but not in direct line of fire. Use your overhead map to look for targets. Always take the longer/indirect approach, it's best to flank the tank. Also, when stalking I go at almost a crawl so as to keep the lower engine sound profile. I speed when I know it's safe and the overhead map has shown no enemies in sight. Use lower terrain to hide yourself. Don't always drive like a madman. Situational awareness is important for effective hunting. Slow down when approaching exposed areas and use the rotating camera to quickly survey your immediate surroundings before moving on. If possible, prepare your LAV under cover.
