Depends.
If its PC then kincat
If its pubs and an outside map like it 90% of the time in pubs, the cardiac regulator.
Regardless on combat fits I always use kincat over cardiac

Depends on a lot of things.
Running knives I will choose Card on my Gal, Kin on my Min (prefer both in the Min)
My Gal shotgun fit (which also uses ScP for a sidearm), runs the Card because of the way I play it. Running out of stamina is pretty much a death sentence for me. Especially maneuvering around in multi levelled areas, I am sprinting around, jumping rails, leaping backwards off platforms to shoot people from above/behind. I find Card works better for that, by the time i am running out I have either eliminated threats, gotten away, or am dead.

Kincats every time.
Unless you plan on sprinting over 500m, Dual kincats will beat Cardiac Reg and Kincat every day.
Nothing says "F**K YOU!" like a direct Flaylock to the face.

both are awesome for different situations
I run greens on almost all my fits that run uplinks
I run reds on my scanner/remote explosive fits

move from cover to cover and wait each time to recharge your stamina, always save 50% of your stamina for fights or for escape, you need sprint speed for fights |
