Once again some turncoat is running around killing blueberries in FW.
I suggest that when you choose Punish that they also lose as much ISK or inventory items equal to the cost of the fitting I lost as a result of their treachery.
Or perhaps we can have a bonus round after the match where we line them up in front of a wall and execute them once for each time they killed us. :)

Maybe auto-take enough isk off them to pay back the guy that took damage from them... No more shooting at my dropship, even if you don't last hit, you lose 500k isk if someone else does. |

Its not betrayal if they were never really on your side, its sabotage. Other than that, no; this sort of stuff needs to be possible.

Well, I am interested in hearing how exactly it is good at the moment? The punishment is basically nothing... your own corp mates won't choose punish so none of this discussion even applies to accidentally shooting your corp mates. It really only applies to griefers since honest players won't ever be in the situation.
I play with the PLC and I've accidently killed a few blue berries because that gun is a bit hard to control where the damage is applied. I always have written them an e-mail and offered to pay for their fitting they lost. Why not make it so you pay for what you've done? Why is this a bad thing... unless you are a griefer and you want to continue to be an a**hole?

What's to stop Revive chaining Team Kills? Nothing, if you are revived you don't have a chance to punish. This isn't sabotage its Cyber Bullying.
The most OP weapon on the Dust Battle Field:
One good logi, one rep tool, and a heavy.
