If we do this, then proxy chat turns on, and our main chat turns off, butour profile slightly lowers. SO although we can't get info from the rest of the team, we can get info from the people around us, and even talk to the other team. This could add all kinds of things, such as audio bugs, spying for a corp, then giving info during a battle, etc. "Hello, world!" lol, sounds like something a whore lover would say Alt of the great Godin I like chocolate ^___^

Everyone around us could hear us (why it's called proxy chat), and even if you're in a channel, you can still hear me talk (although others in said channel wouldn't, without a equipment that allows so anyways), and you could even respond back if you had radio silence on or off. However, nobody else would hear us. Why? Becuase you're not transmitting your voice over any comms. That's why it's called radio silence. You are basically shutting down any local long range communications that is on you so nobody can pick them up and find you. There would be still other ways to detect you, so it wouldn't completely drop. That's why I only said for it to drop slightly. TL;DR: That statement is bullshit.
