Check this out:
Grenadier dropsuit: extra grenade dmg bonus, movement and sprint speed bonus( Not scout level by any means, but slightly faster than an assaulter with 2 enhanced plates.)
The two equipment slot are not logi slots! Only one can be used for normal equipment. The other is ONLY EXPLOSIVE! No super logi/grenadier/assault player exploitation?!
Militia 1 low slots 2 high slots 2 equipslots 2 grenade slots 1 light weapon slot
standard 2 low slots 2 high slots 2 equipment slots 2 grenade slots 1 light weapon slot
advanced 2 low slots 3 high slots 2 equipment slots 2 grenade slots 1 light weapon slot
proto 4 high slots 2 low slots 2 equipment slots 2 grenade slots 1 light weapon slot 1 sidearm weapon slot
Just asking for a bit of an edge with the Tanks, and actually giving the Anti Armor class a CLASS! Not wanting to exploit anything or any slots. Any suggestions or fixes welcome. Anything I may have not thought about please add.
I think this would be better keeping the two grenade slots but only one slot each for equipment, side arm and light weapon. Including the sidearm affords the player some self defence and limiting the equipment slots avoids another version of psuedo-SlayerLogis. |

Unfortunately, AV nades are not optional after the swarm nerf. |

I mean it's clear that ccp loves the tankers, and the ground they ride on, but after such a buff don't you guys think it's time for some anti armor attention? Scouts are getting cloaks so they can just dissappear altogether lol! Logis are getting even more bonuses. Anti armor has to pretty much go full hooah on the swarm lauchers, nades and demo, and sidearms to be effective?! You would have to get to atleast 5 mil sp to be sort of effective in squad as a anti armor player?!
It's the most frowned upon class because it's not a class! It's an inconveniencing assortment of weapons that your almost required to spec into to protect your squad from tanks?! Too much sp required to be good, and a waste of sp if you don't go all the way?! All the classes have perks, and rewards for a job well done. Anti armor has no bonus, and no rewards except for the occassional "thank god I got one of the six tanks?!".
Everyone just has an assault fit setup for tank defense?! The true AVer only gets to watch his kdr hit rock bottom?! Even if he's a great AVer! Same with heavies. There almost required to spec into forge guns primarily for the tank, even though they got nerfed smh?! There's no true incentive to grabbing and setting up an anti armor fit. Nothing that makes a player say "man bro that new anti armor dropsuit goes hard!".
Anti armor should have a speed bonus at the very least because THEY'RE CHASING TANKS! The tanks are rediculously fast, dropships just fly to the ceiling and nothing can reach them, and lavs are the only kill guarantee.... +40?! Maybe +90 with the heavy in it if your lucky, but there's no incentive to loading an lav to full capacity because they already have FIVE TANKS and no opposition.
Anti armor doesn't need a weapon dmg buff, maybe +25 range, but more than anything it needs an incentive to use it. Some guys see the tanks in an ambush match, and just say "going afk bro be right back?!". I know you may have wanted more player to use tanks, but instead of giving them lawnmowers, you could've just made an all infantry ambush mode and a tank assault mode. Tanks could have it out there! Skirmish is fine if there's 2 tanks per team not 6 a piece.
It's been requested previously that there should be 2 types of each vehicle allowed in battle for a total of six vehicle per team. 2 HAV, 2 LAV, 2 Dropships. Balance restored ::)
So CCP! Can the Anti Armor get half of the love that you showed the Tanker?
Limiting pilots to driving and operating the vehicles while requiring a second player to operate their guns would quickly balance out the game. |

Please elaborate. Are you using proto swarms? Can you carry two swarm launchers on a Commando suit? If so, what is your self defence against other infantry? |
