+1, get your damn dirty minmatar hands off my swarm launcher. One quick thing to add, caldari and gallente shouldbe bonused towards alk hybrid weapons, so the caldari commando would be bonused for the Ar,, shotgun etc. and vice versa for the gallente commando.

If you read my earlier post, you could that manufactureris what matters, which is why your minmatar/swarm launcher comment is pretty ironic.
