So, in krder for scouts to be viable, I suggest buffing thier speed, amarr to gallente's current speed, maybe, then buff minnmatar walking speed, as I cant nova knife people if I dont run and jump. Secondly, buff thier hp by 20 depending on tank, 20 shields for minmatar and 20 OR 30 for caldari, maybe 30 if medium frames hp stays how it is and doesnt get lowered. As 130 shields is, low, 150 sounds better. |

I can't follow this post. Idk if you want to buff scouts or just Amarr scouts, secondly there is no clear justification for these buffs and a clear window as to who is getting them.
Armor and Shields are not the same!

Well a small buff to base speed could work not too much as this could mess up the HD again. No for the HP buff it is not needed at all.
Regarding the Nova Knife it coud help if we could charge that thing while we sprint or at least hold the charge while sprinting. Another "fix" could be to lower the speed we walk backwards... |

Very slight speed buff Every suit gets less backpeddling speed 20 more hp per tank for all scouts as 100 shields is bad, just 20.

actually since minmatar are on the upper limit of run speed this game can handle, and more speed is what all scouts need, buffing minm walk speed would be a welcome improvement. |

And all an assault needs is an extra bullet. I see no point in adding more tank after these changes. Especially with the new rate of fire bonus that one assault will get for either the rail rifle or combat rifle.
