I don't know what 8213 means, but Outer Heaven was Big Boss' dream (and D*** if he didn't look hunky without his shirt). So I'm guessing this has something to do about the NSA (which are the real life equivelant of the Patriots)
So the NSA is trying to track a person on the Gaia forums. 8213 found out about it and wants us to help him save this person. LA Li Lu Le Lo!
