Also the cloak but it didn't make a "sss" sounds, but as a logi I can't help but be excited about new equipment :D
And I was seriously contemplating getting into scouts before I knew about 1.8 but now....with cloaks, low profile, AND 2 EQUIPMENT SLOTS!? nerdgasm...
I do think we should get respecs at least for suits because many people will want to leave the amarr suits for their race of choice, though idk if there's any hope of washing away that space church smell. Weapons are optional but eeehhh, not necessary, though I know several people who could definitely use one because they spread their points way too thin it's not like any weapon as been made completely obsolete lately, but if you do a respec ya might as well get everything at once and then say "never again". I'll probably still stick with the same old stuff, but I can't wait to see what the other suits have in store! (on alts lol)
If I could put in one suggestion for 1.9...I know tankers have been waiting for all of the racial variants but please take PVE off of the backburner...shooting old rivals in the face is great and it's not that it's getting old I just really prefer Co-op games to competitive, I don't know why it ever got put off but almost every game has NPCs run by AI and maybe I just take it for granted but I feel like that shouldn't be the difficult part, it's something so small that could drastically change the game, just to have more things to do, a consistent challenge for you or your friends to overcome, a place for new guys to do something other than get protostomped. This game's gotten so bad about completely destroying and crushing the spirits of new people that I recommend my friends DON'T start playing this game, at most make their character and let him sit there and collect passive SP, if PVE came in I would change my tone completely.

I'm honestly hoping for the new heavy weapons to come out too, I would use a laser cannon on day one and I rarely play heavy..lol
