Were put each team on either side in an arena, one tank in the middle, an every one makes a mad dash for it. And it has to be hacked. Whoever gets the tank first can troll the other team. And that tank it the only vehicle allowed, and no one can blow it up unless the other team has the tank.
Against The Odds
You and a squad or solo against waves of enemies. Working out details
Arena
Like the ThunderDome, but an actual arena where you propose a fight and you face each other in a showdown. There will be spectators, bets, and the perimeter rigged with heavies with hmgs. If you try to leave you will be killed. And automatically reentered again. And there will be objects the spectators can throw.
Vehicle Only
Tanks vs Tanks
LAVs vs LAVs
DS vs DS
Tanks vs LAVBOMBS
An all tank battle and that one guy that shows up in a LAV, that would be me.

Rubbish. I do like against the odds tho I would propose a 5 clone limit per merc in an never ending ambush.
A completely solo game mode
16 mercs in a death match
5 clones per game per merc.
SP is calculated based on time in match 5wp per second.
Isk is calculated based on isk you destroy. Receive 60%.
Infantry only mode.
Can only participate once per hour. |

I don't really want to be a stick-in-the-mud, but...
Tankball: why wouldn't both teams just run AV initially, after which it becomes no-vehicle ambush? Perhaps more (and randomly placed) vehicles would make this worthwhile.
Against the odds: "pve." ftfy
Arena: I like it, but can Shanghai code it?
Vehicles only: does everyone spawn into tanks, then? Considering how little CCP has gotten done with this game in the last 12 months, do you expect that even this much is realistic?
All in all, I really want to like your ideas... truly, I do... but my final word would be to direct you to eve-offline.net and ask you honestly how many more game modes the playerbase can support. |

VO Yes they do. And your right about CCP. My ideas are purposely off the charts and unrealistic most of the time, but there just fun ideas I came up with.

Who cares if their outlandish and unrealistic. Keep posting your ideas! And don't get mad if you don't get credit for one when they decide to do it. Guess where they got the idea for ship boarding. Which they are currently working on. We're comimg up with theese ideas so that everybody can enjoy them!

one team mans defenses while the other delivers clones, supplies, and vehicles to the attackers.
the defending team has a high clone count, but the attackers count is based on the ability to reinforce.

I love things like this. Back in the day most games were like this. I love waves / survival type gamemodes. I dont know exactly how it could work in dust. IF we got PVE however that gamemode would fit in awesomely! YES YES YES to waves of enemies, with bosses (Read Officers) and stuff ohhh yeaa! |

I would assume Battlefield 2142 as DUST is almost a replica of that game. Subtle differences but mostly the same. (That is not a bad thing either I f**king loved 2142)
Now we just need hover tanks that can strafe and Medium Vehicles that can fire a merc into the sky to get onto an enemy MCC. |

Arena I can see working in the New Eden universe, it would become the Dust e-sport like eve has the Alliance tournament and New Eden Open. But as far as game modes goes, the only one I really want to see is huge map battles where tactics make a huge difference and all playstyles will work together to achieve victory.
