A lot of people told me they'd buy the codes if they had the money. So I figured I could do the following as a test balloon:
There will be 100 tickets, each one available for 2.5mil. So 250mil in total, the price I am asking for in my Tradehub thread. After all tickets are sold this random number will unlock: *click*
If you want to purchase a ticket please make a post in this thread and send the ISK to the character:
(guess what I created him for >.>)
I use a dedicated character for this to keep track of the transactions and it doesn't interfere with my usual trades and matches.
Tickets can only be purchased in order. So the first buyer will get ticket #1, the second buyer will get ticket #2 and so on. Of course you can purchase more than one ticket. Let's make a list where we add the ticket holders:

Yes, or more, depending on how many tickets you want to buy. The money goes to the character Voice Bug though, not Castor.

Just checked on Voice Bug, received money for 47 tickets. To make things less complicated for me to keep track off, I'll hand out the tickets by the time I received the ISK, not the forum post. But please still make a post when you purchase tickets.

Thanks for your purchase, and thanks for letting me know. A impersonation petition should sort this out, since the character has been created after the lottery has been opened for the purpose of farming ISK.
