So yeah something has been bothering me since it's deployment: the choice to bring classes closer together in terms of stats.
Things like turn speed being the same on all classes should never have happend, it just doesn't make any sense why say a midframe would turn just as fast as a lightframe with all that extra armor.
So making a request to get some features to have more visible differences between classes:
Turn speed.
Sprint speed.
Fall damage.
I'll add more as I think of it or it's suggested, for now back to dust.

Turning speed was removed because it didn't really work in an FPS.
Sprinting speed variations would be nice.
Lighter frames should take less damage from falling.
I give this thread 7/10. Almost as good as tricking miners into selling ore out of a sense of obligation.
What's the difference between an immobile Minmatar ship and a pile of garbage?
The pile of garbage is more lethal.

I think this is crucial. It also sounds like a lot of bugs to work out and a lot of QQing ... like seriously a lot of QQing while their working out those bugs. It does make sense though. I do agree with the whole scouts take less damage when falling. They look like gay supermodels weighing in at about 89lbs. Yeah heavies should turn faster. So where does that leave us assault guys? What's our bonus for making your lives easier/worse?

Turn speed would only make it more obvious that there are always superior fits. I hate the slow move speeds and stamina limitations. Would like to see those go away, since level design seems to favor wide open spaces surrounded by clusters of cover. We need to be mobile, although aim assist would probably negate any changes. |

Considering range limitations, I don't there's much to worry about Heavies swapping their HMGs for SMGs or ARs... And noting how many Heavies are already using Rail Rifles, it's too late to worry about that also. |

Back on topic, I think they tried lower turn speed and it failed miserably, however scouts do need a large fall damage reduction.

It "failed" because Heavies were too easy to kill by being blindsided plus their weapon wasnt strong at that time but with them getting buffed they could make them a tad slower
